Todd Souza became the proud owner of San Luis Obispo’s premiere house cleaning company, Merry Maids, in 2008. Todd had previously operated and managed his own start-up house cleaning company, Pacific Coast Cleaning, in Orange County beginning in the mid 1980’s. After selling that successful business and relocating with his family to the Central Coast in 2007, he purchased the Merry Maids of SLO franchise, and poured his twenty-plus years of knowledge and experience into the brand best known as America’s #1 Choice in House Cleaning 2012, and San Luis Obispo’s choice for quality, service and reliability. In 2011, he received a corporate award for one of the fastest-growing franchises in Merry Maids history, with yearly increases above 30%.
