It’s said that great songs and books write themselves; the finest art emerges from canvas effortlessly, and life-like sculptures are released from the marble containing it. What’s left unsaid are the countless years spent mastering the medium through practice, trial and error, the untold personal and financial sacrifices, overcoming rejection and criticism, and the fortitude required to stay true to yourself and the art. At Stephen Stern Law Firm, we understand and support the life of the Artist through our passion, experience and dedication to the practice of our art: Law. This includes protecting and defending the Artist through contractual agreements, disputes, publicity rights, copyrights, trademarks, business secrets, reputational harm, royalty rights, merchandising and licensing agreements.

In addition to representing rock star musicians, celebrities, speakers and authors, Stephen is co-owner of Rockers Collective, a celebrity rock band created in 2010. His business partner is Mark Schulman, drummer for P!NK and other world famous bands.

Rockers Collective (www.RockersCollective.com) is comprised of approximately 50 outstanding musicians from P!NK, Foreigner, Def Leppard, Journey, Billy Idol, Gwen Stafani, Cher, Alanis Morissette, and others. Stephen produces the concerts, assembles the band, contracts with the client and supporting vendors, and oversees the production. That includes set-list, rider, backline, sound, lighting, branding, social media, transportation and accommodations.

Stephen has also produced worldwide speaker events, book signings and professional clinics. These experiences provide SSLF with a greater appreciation, understanding and knowledge of what goes in to performing and reproducing the Art, which separates SSLF from most other law firms in the entertainment world.
